Surviving After "The Road"
Blog Post
Integration, or "re-integration" into "normal" society, can be a very frightening experience, especially if you happen to be over 40. There are many alternative lifestyles these days that don't necessarily force a person who is a part of these Lifestyles to integrate, or socialize with people outside of these lifestyles. This means, that unless you plan ahead of time, there may be a moment sometime in your future when you don't have the social skills, or the knowledge of how this society works well enough in order to survive. Renaissance Festivals, Comic Book and Multi-media Conventions, the Carnival Circuit, and some people who just felt the need to live "off the Grid" are all examples of the sort of people who are now coming to realize, that while they were out of touch with society, possibly even purposefully avoiding it, Society was quickly evolving and changing. These people now are looking for answers to questions like: "What sort of Government Assistance is available to me?" or "I've been doing leatherwork for four years, and have some arthritis, am I still employable, and if so, doing what?”your project!

The Magic of Fire:
Book Excerpt
Human beings have been fascinated by Fire ever since we've learned how to wield, and use it. We covet its powers of transformation, depend on its heat for our warmth, stare into its depths for hope, comfort or to see into the future, and use it to light our world so that we can pierce the darkness around us. Fire cleanses, heals, and purifies, it is a destructive force of change, transformation, and is the igniting force behind our intentions, the desire to create an outcome. Yet, it is also a creative energy that is necessary in life. This is evidenced by the simple act of baking a birthday cake. We can mix and blend our ingredients, water, flour, salt, sugar, as much as we wish, but it won't be a cake until you add the Fire of an oven!understand the context and background. Viva Las Vegas!
Review
If you’re trying to live or visit cheaply in the City of Sin, you’re in for a fight, but it can be done! Accommodations are, of course more expensive as you get closer to the Strip and Downtown sections. There are your usual Motel6, and Super8s, but these can often be priced nearly or as high as some of the larger resort casinos, like the Luxor, or Circus, Circus. My recommendation would be to find a hotel that rents at a weekly or monthly rate. There are plenty of “extended stay” hotels in the area, some relatively close to the strip and busier sections of the city. Most come completely furnished, have amenities like laundry facilities and pools, and many are also dog friendly. While searching for one of these, however, it is always a good idea to make sure you visit the area before booking your room. You’ll want to know what sort of neighborhood you’ll be staying in as well as making sure you can be comfortable and safe. Public transportation in Las Vegas is reliable and plentiful, too, so you won’t have to worry much if you’re “off the beaten path” a bit.

Your Dragon Is Waiting…
Hello Fred,
I wanted to let you in on a little secret today. Dragons are going SUPER cheap right now, and YOU’RE missing it! There are more uses for a dragon today than ever before, and TONS of people have been taking advantage of the price drop in the market lately.
Take Betty, with 43 children, she does so much laundry, she hardly has time to breath! Betty was smart, though, and went out and got herself a brand new dragon, and now she only has to wash a load, hang it up and her dragon’s wings make the drying almost instantaneous, not to mention making sure all the kiddies get plenty of attention, and she now has time to take a nap every day!
Mark wanted a girlfriend so bad he cried himself to sleep every night. Then he went out and bought his own dragon. He even got to choose his favorite color, red. Now Mark has no trouble at all “picking up” chicks! He just flies over on his dragon, tells it which one he wants, and his dragon-buddy dives in and literally sweeps her off her feet!
These are just two examples of the countless uses of dragons in today’s society. From heating your house, to saving your cash, dragons can help you with your everyday problems, too!
So order your dragon today, and start living the good life-call 1(800)4TIAMAT, and get a dragon of your very own in just the right size and color!
